据报道乌克兰外长要求北约发出入约邀请
据路透社当地时间11月29日报道，据其掌握的一封信件显示，乌克兰外长西比加敦促北约成员国外长在下周于布鲁塞尔举行的北约外长会上“向乌克兰发出加入北约的邀请”。目前这一消息还未得到进一步证实。不过根据乌克兰总统泽连斯基此前表态，他提出的“胜利计划”由8个要点组成，其中3个附件是机密的，而公开讨论的5点计划的第一点就是“乌克兰要求立即收到加入北约的邀请”。
按计划，北约外长会将于12月3日至4日举行。
北约方面此前表态称，“乌克兰将加入北约，并且已经走上了‘不可逆转’的入约之路”。但北约尚未发出正式邀请或设定相应时间表。据北约国家的外交人士表示，在现阶段，北约成员国之间“没有就邀请乌克兰入约达成共识”。
