Sinergi Multi (SMLE) Kantongi Pinjaman Rp24,8 Miliar Lebih Buat Belanja Modal
IDXChannel - Emiten produsen bahan Kimia, PT Sinergi Multi Lestarindo Tbk (SMLE) meraih fasilitas pinjaman senilai lebih dari Rp24,8 miliar dari PT Bank Resona Perdania.
Perseroan dan Bank Resona Perdania telah menandatangani perjanjian fasilitas pinjaman pada 26 November 2024.
Sinergi Multi Lestarindo (SMLE) Belum Realisasikan Dana IPO Rp78,31 Miliar"Nilai total fasilitas hingga Rp24,8 miliar dan USD120 ribu," kata Direktur Utama SMLE, Siu Min dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Sabtu (30/11/2024).
Fasilitas pinjaman tersebut terdiri dari, pertama, fasilitas pinjaman berjangka sebesar Rp4,8 miliar dengan jangka waktu 25 November 2030.
