俄副外长：俄罗斯面临重启核试验的问题
总台记者当地时间11月30日获悉，就俄罗斯是否面临重启核试验的问题，俄罗斯副外长里亚布科夫在接受俄媒采访时表示，“这个问题确实存在”。
里亚布科夫强调，他不会预判任何事情，但目前局势相当复杂，俄罗斯正在对局势的各个方面和各个组成部分全面考虑。
