Bank SMBC Indonesia (BTPN) Tawarkan Obligasi Rp1,39 Triliun, Cek Bunganya
IDXChannel - PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk (BTPN) berencana melakukan Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan Obligasi Berkelanjutan V Tahap II Tahun 2024 senilai Rp1,39 triliun yang digunakan untuk penyaluran kredit.
Mengutip prospektus di keterbukaan informasi BEI, Sabtu (30/11/2024), seluruh nilai pokok obligasi yang akan dikeluarkan berjumlah sebesar Rp1,39 triliun, yang terbagi dalam dua seri. Obligasi ini ditawarkan dengan nilai 100 persen dari jumlah pokok obligasi.
Pengguna Jenius BTPN Tembus 5,8 Juta selama Delapan TahunUntuk Seri A, jumlah obligasi Seri A yang ditawarkan adalah sebesar Rp429,91 miliar dengan bunga obligasi sebesar 6,70 persen. Jangka waktu obligasi Seri A adalah tiga tahun terhitung sejak tanggal emisi.
Obligasi Seri B yang ditawarkan adalah sebesar Rp966,50 miliar dengan bunga obligasi sebesar 6,95 persen. Jangka waktu obligasi Seri B adalah lima tahun terhitung sejak tanggal emisi.
