高盛认为特朗普对加拿大征收关税对美国造成“重大”打击
【友财网讯】-高盛集团（Goldman Sachs）表示，美国消费者面临候任总统唐纳德·特朗普（Donald Trump）对加拿大提议的关税的“重大后果”，该银行对其实施表示怀疑。
高盛大宗商品研究主管达安·斯特鲁伊文（Daan Struyven）在一次圆桌采访中表示，特朗普提议对所有来自加拿大的产品征收25%的税，这可能会提高美国的燃料价格。
他补充说，这种策略让人想起了特朗普的第一个任期，可能是一种谈判工具。
他表示，关税“理论上可能会对三种人群造成相当严重的后果：美国消费者、美国炼油商和加拿大生产商”。
“鉴于特朗普对降低能源成本的关注，我们认为加拿大的关税不太可能。”
美国每天进口近400万桶加拿大原油，这使得美国生产商能够出口更多自己的石油。
加拿大石油生产商协会首席执行官表示，关税将导致美国消费者的汽油和能源成本上升。
