Bộ Thương mại Trung Quốc đã công bố vào thứ Ba rằng họ sẽ cấm xuất khẩu các mặt hàng sử dụng kép liên quan đến gali, germani, antimon và vật liệu siêu cứng sang Hoa Kỳ (Mỹ) có hiệu lực ngay lập tức.
Động thái này diễn ra một ngày sau đợt đàn áp mới nhất đối với ngành chip của Trung Quốc do chính quyền của Tổng thống Hoa Kỳ Joe Biden thực hiện.
Phản ứng của thị trường
Căng thẳng thương mại gia tăng giữa Hoa Kỳ và Trung Quốc dường như không ảnh hưởng nhiều đến đồng đô la Úc, đồng tiền đại diện của Trung Quốc, tính đến thời điểm viết bài. AUD/USD tăng 0,37% trong ngày, kiểm tra mức 0,6500 khi đồng đô la Mỹ tiếp tục suy yếu.
