Baru Enam Bulan Listing, Remala Abadi (DATA) Ditinggal Dirut dan Komut
IDXChannel - Emiten pendatang baru, PT Remala Abadi Tbk (DATA) mengumumkan pengunduran diri dua petingginya.
Dua petinggi perseroan yang mundur adalah Richard Kartawijaya selaku Direktur Utama (Dirut) dan Verah Wahyudi Singgih Wong selaku Komisaris Utama (Komut).
Remala Abadi (DATA) Listing Besok, Jadi Emiten ke-23 di 2024"Pada 2 Desember 2024, perseroan telah menerima surat pengunduran diri Bapak Richard Kartawijaya selaku Direktur Utama dan Ibu Verah Wahyudi Singgih Wong selaku Komisaris Utama," kata manajemen DATA di keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (4/12/2024).
Selanjutnya, permohonan pengunduran diri keduanya akan diputuskan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) perseroan yang akan disampaikan berikutnya.
