Induk Bakrie (BNBR) Eksekusi Private Placement 13,35 Miliar Saham Pekan Depan
IDXChannel - Induk usaha Grup Bakrie, PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR) siap mengeksekusi rencana Penambahan Modal Tanpa Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu (PMTHMETD) atau private placement pada pekan depan.
Dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (4/12/2024), perseroan akan melaksanakan PMTHMETD dengan menerbitkan saham baru sebanyak 13,35 miliar saham biasa Seri E dengan nilai nominal Rp12 per saham.
Konversi Utang, Bakrie & Brothers (BNBR) Rancang Private Placement Rp855 Miliar"PMTHMETD akan dilakukan dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp64 per saham," kata manajemen BNBR.
Adapun jadwal pelaksanaan private placement tersebut, yaitu penerbitan dan distribusi saham baru pada 10 Desember 2024. Dilanjutkan dengan pencatatan saham baru di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada 11 Desember 2024, dan 12 Desember 2024 pengumuman hasil pelaksanaan PMTHMETD.
