Pasardana.id - Rusmin Cahyadi selaku Direksi PT Kencana Energi Lestari Tbk. (IDX: KEEN) telah melakukan pembelian sebanyak 23.700 lembar saham atau sebesar 0,0006% KEEN diharga Rp630 per lembar saham pada tanggal 19 November 2024.

“Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk Investasi dengan Status Kepemilikan Saham secara langsung,” sebut Wilson Maknawi selaku Direktur Utama KEEN dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Kamis (05/12).

Pasca transaksi pembelian, maka kepemilikan saham Rusmin Cahyadi di KEEN menjadi sebanyak 41.588.400 lembar saham atau setara 1,13% dibandingkan sebelumnya, yang tercatat sebanyak 41.564.700 lembar saham atau setara 1,13%.
