IDXChannel - Perusahaan pembiayaan, PT Fuji Finance Indonesia Tbk (FUJI) mengumumkan pengunduran diri Direktur Utama (Dirut) Perseroan, Stephen Alfred Field.
"Pada 6 Desember 2024, perseroan telah menerima informasi pengunduran diri dari Bapak Stephen Alfred Field selaku
Direktur Utama Perseroan efektif per 6 Desember 2024," kata Corporate Secretary FUJI, Dian Ariyanti Wijaya dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jakarta, Senin (9/12/2024).
Fuji Finance Indonesia Raih Pendapatan Rp7,20 M hingga September 2019Selanjutnya, pengunduran diri tersebut dan perubahan pengurus perseroan akan diputuskan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) perseroan dalam waktu dekat.
"Tidak terdapat dampak yang material atas pengunduran diri tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan ataupun kelangsungan usaha perseroan. Kegiatan usaha dan operasional perseroan tetap berjalan seperti biasa," ujar Dian.
