Prajogo Pangestu Borong 1,1 Juta Saham BREN Usai Pengumuman Dividen
IDXChannel - PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk (BREN) mengumumkan transaksi pembelian saham oleh pengendali perseroan, Prajogo Pangestu.
Dari keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (10/12/2024), konglomerat tersebut memborong 1,1 juta saham BREN pada 5 Desember 2024 di harga Rp7.470 per saham.
Simak Jadwal Pembagian Dividen Interim BREN Rp3,78 per SahamDengan demikian, Prajogo merogoh kocek senilai Rp8,21 miliar untuk membeli saham tersebut.
"Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk investasi pribadi," kata Corporate Secretary BREN, Merly.
