Manoj Punjabi Jual 4,9 Persen Saham FILM ke Investor Strategis
IDXChannel - Pengendali sekaligus Direktur Utama (Dirut) PT MD Entertainment Tbk (FILM), Manoj Dhamoo Punjabi menjual 4,9 persen kepemilikan sahamnya di perseroan.
Manoj Punjabi melepas 484.991.600 (484,99 juta) saham FILM dengan harga Rp2.600 per saham. Transaksi penjualan dilakukan pada 3 Desember 2024.
Komisaris Independen Resign, Saham MD Entertainment (FILM) Jatuh 3,23 Persen"Tujuan transaksi adalah memberikan kesempatan kepada investor strategis untuk menjadi pemegang saham dalam rangka pengembangan kegiatan usaha perseroan," kata Manoj dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (10/12/2024).
Jika dihitung, Manoj Punjabi meraup dana Rp1,26 triliun dari transaksi penjualan tersebut.
