Emiten Pupuk Saraswanti (SAMF) Mau Stock Split 1:2, Minta Restu Investor di Awal 2025
IDXChannel - PT Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur Tbk (SAMF), emiten produksi dan perdagangan pupuk NPK bersiap melakukan pemecahan nilai nominal saham atau stock split.
Dalam prospektus yang dikutip pada Selasa (10/12/2024), rasio stock split ditetapkan 1:2. Artinya, setiap saham dengan nilai nominal lama akan dipecah menjadi dua saham bernominal baru.
Penjualan Saraswanti Anugerah (SAMF) Naik 32 Persen di Semester I-2024Saat ini, SAMF mempunyai nilai nominal Rp100 per saham, dengan jumlah saham ditempatkan dan disetor mencapai Rp5,12 miliar. Ini akan dipecah menjadi Rp50 per saham, sehingga menambah nilai saham beredar menjadi Rp10,25 miliar.
Demi memuluskan aksi korporasi ini, manajemen bakal meminta restu investor pada 16 Januari 2025 melalui Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB).
