EMTK Tambah Porsi Kepemilikan Saham di SCMA

Pasardana.id - PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (Perseroan) (IDX: EMTK) menyampaikan informasi laporan perubahan kepemilikan saham pada PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (IDX: SCMA) setelah melakukan pembelian sebanyak 100 juta lembar saham yang mewakili 0,14% dari total saham yang dikeluarkan dan disetor SCMA diharga Rp180,- per saham pada tanggal 11 Desember 2024.

“Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk Investasi dengan Status kepemilikan saham secara langsung,” sebut Titi Maria Rusli selaku Corporate Secretary EMTK dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Kamis (12/12).

Pasca transaksi pembelian, maka kepemilikan EMTK di SCMA menjadi sebanyak 45.358.378.440 lembar saham atau setara 61,32%, dibandingkan sebelumnya, yang tercatat sebanyak 45.258.378.440 lembar saham atau setara 61,18%.
