Kentanix Supra (KSIX) Pasang Harga IPO Rp312-Rp468 per Saham
IDXChannel - PT Kentanix Supra International Tbk (KSIX) tengah memasuki periode penawaran awal atau bookbuilding dalam rangka Initial Public Offering (IPO).
Perusahaan properti tersebut tengah memasuki masa penawaran awal atau bookbuilding hingga 20 Desember 2024 dengan melepas sebanyak 320,67 juta saham atau 15 persen dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor.
MR.DIY (MDIY) Patok Harga IPO Rp1.650, Siap Raup Dana Rp4,15 TriliunPeseroan memasang harga IPO Rp312-Rp468 per saham. Dengan demikian, Kentanix berpotensi menghimpun dana segar hingga Rp150,07 miliar.
Rencana Penggunaan Dana IPO
Saham IPO MR DIY (MDIY) Bisa Dibeli Hari Ini, Harga Rp1.650Mengutip prospektus, Jumat (13/12), sekitar 59,42 persen akan digunakan perseroan sebagai modal kerja untuk pembangunan infrastruktur, termasuk cut and fill (perataan tanah) dan pembangunan rumah di dua proyek yang sudah ada sebelumnya, yaitu Grand Nusa Indah dan Adhigana-Grand Nusa Indah (GNI), serta pembangunan infrastruktur di proyek baru, Adhigana-Perluasan.
