Nhà hoạch định chính sách của Ngân hàng Trung ương Châu Âu (ECB) và Thống đốc Ngân hàng Tây Ban Nha José Luis Escrivá cho biết vào thứ Sáu rằng "việc cắt giảm lãi suất thêm trong các cuộc họp sắp tới là hợp lý".
Ông nói thêm rằng "việc cắt giảm lãi suất sẽ tiếp tục nếu các dự báo cơ sở vẫn giữ nguyên".
