德法英等国外长发表声明，支持乌克兰加入北约
欧洲多国外长和欧盟外交与安全政策高级代表卡拉斯12日在德国柏林发表联合声明，表示支持增加对乌克兰的军事、经济和财政援助，并继续支持乌克兰加入北约和欧盟。
据德国媒体报道，此次会议由德国外交部长贝尔伯克召集，法国、英国、意大利、西班牙、波兰等国外长出席。会议旨在讨论美国若减少对乌援助欧洲如何应对等问题。
