Jelang Akhir Tahun, Dana Rights Issue di BEI Tembus Rp34 Triliun
IDXChannel - Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) mencatatkan angka penerbitan rights issue yang signifikan hingga pekan kedua Desember 2024.
Total dana yang dihimpun mencapai Rp34,42 triliun, berasal dari 15 perusahaan tercatat.
Investor Restui Lippo Cikarang (LPCK) Rights Issue 3 Miliar Saham Rights issue, yang merupakan hak bagi pemegang saham lama untuk membeli saham baru, terus menjadi instrumen andalan bagi perusahaan.
Aksi korporasi yang disebut penambahan modal dengan hak memesan efek terlebih dahulu (PMHMETD) ini berpeluang masih berlanjut, setidaknya di sisa akhir tahun, atau bahkan awal 2025.

Jumlah itu tersebar dalam empat sektor utama, yakni bahan baku sebanyak tiga emiten, energi diwakili dua emiten, kesehatan dua emiten, dan infrastruktur satu emiten.
