Anak Usahanya (RATU) IPO di Januari 2024, Saham RAJA Melompat
IDXChannel - PT Raharja Energi Cepu Tbk (RATU) akan menggelar penawaran umum perdana saham atau Initial Public Offering (IPO) pada Januari 2025. Perseroan merupakan anak usaha dari PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA) yang dimiliki pengusaha Happy Hapsoro.
RATU melepas 543.010.800 (543,01 juta) saham atau setara 20 persen dari jumlah modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh. Nilai nominal dipatok Rp10 setiap saham.

Seiring dengan aksi korporasi ini, saham RAJA bergerak di zona hijau pada perdagangan Senin (16/12/2024). Saham emiten migas ini menanjak 3,61 persen di Rp2.870 hingga pukul 10.05 WIB.
