Direktur FAP Agri (FAPA) Mengundurkan Diri
IDXChannel - PT FAP Agri Tbk (FAPA) mengumumkan pengunduran diri salah satu anggota Direksi, yaitu Ali Imran selaku Direktur Perseroan.
"Perseroan telah menerima surat pengunduran diri Ali Imran pada 13 Desember 2024 selaku Direktur Perseroan," kata Corporate Secretary FAPA, Henryzal M Panjaitan dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Senin (16/12/2024).
Kurangi Kepemilikan, Pengendali FAPA Raup Dana Segar Rp50 MiliarSelanjutnya, perseroan akan menggelar Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) untuk memutuskan pengunduran diri Ali Imran sesuai dengan peraturan dan ketentuan yang berlaku.
"Tidak ada dampak dari kejadian ini terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dan kelangsungan usaha perusahaan," ujar Henryzal.
