IDXChannel - PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk (AGII) mengumumkan pengunduran diri Wakil Komisaris Utama (Wakomut) Perseroan, Setyo Wahono.
Hal ini disampaikan Corporate Secretary AGII, Imelda Mulyani Harsono dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Senin (16/12/2024).
Samator Indo Gas (AGII) Sepakat Guyur Dividen Rp33,11 Miliar"Pada 16 Desember 2024, perseroan telah menerima surat pengunduran diri dari Bapak Setyo Wahono selaku Wakil Komisaris Utama Samator Indo Gas," kata Imelda.
Meski tak disebutkan alasan pengunduran diri tersebut, perseroan akan meminta persetujuan dari pemegang saham atas pengunduran diri Setyo Wahono dan perubahan susunan Dewan Komisaris melalui Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB).
