Pasasrdana.id - PT Prime Health Company Limited selaku pemegang saham PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk. (IDX: SILO) dengan kategori termasuk >5%, telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya di perseroan, setelah melakukan penjualan sebanyak 1.045.607.832 lembar saham atau sebesar 8,039% SILO diharga Rp 2.850 per lembar saham pada tanggal 11 Desember 2024.

“Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk Divestasi Saham dengan Status Kepemilikan Saham secara langsung,” sebut Ratih Hadiwinoto selaku Corporate Secretary Sr. GM SILO dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (17/12).

Pasca transaksi penjualan, maka kepemilikan saham PT Prime Health Company Limited di SILO menjadi nihil dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 1.045.607.832 lembar saham atau setara 8,039%.
