Pemegang Saham Restui Petrosea (PTRO) Stock Split 1:10
IDXChannel - Para pemegang saham PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO) menyetujui rencana perseroan untuk melakukan pemecahan nilai nominal saham atau stock split dengan rasio 1:10.
Rencana stock split disetujui investor dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) yang telah digelar Senin (16/12/2024).
Manajemen PTRO Kompak Tambah Kepemilikan hingga 254 Ribu Saham di Harga Atas"Menyetujui dilakukannya pemecahan saham (stock split), yakni setiap 1 saham perseroan yang saat ini memiliki nilai nominal Rp50, dipecah menjadi 10 saham dengan nilai nominal Rp5 per saham," demikian keputusan RUPSLB yang diumumkan di keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (17/12/2024).
"Sehingga jumlah saham ditempatkan dan disetor penuh dalam perseroan yang semula sebanyak 1.008.605.000 (1 miliar) saham dengan nilai nominal sebesar Rp50 per saham akan meningkat menjadi sebanyak-banyaknya 10.086.050.000 (10,08 miliar) saham dengan nilai nominal sebesar Rp5 per saham," tulis ringkasan risalah RUPSLB.
