Dua Bulan Disuspensi, Saham Grand House (HOMI) Beredar Kembali Hari Ini
IDXChannel - Perdagangan saham PT Grand House Mulia Tbk (HOMI) dibuka kembali di Pasar Reguler dan Pasar Tunai mulai Rabu, 18 Desember 2024.
Saham HOMI dihentikan sementara sejak 24 Oktober lalu imbas terjadinya peningkatan harga kumulatif yang signifikan.
"Dengan ini diumumkan bahwa suspensi atas perdagangan saham PT Grand House Mulia Tbk (HOMI) dibuka kembali mulai
sesi I tanggal 18 Desember 2024," tulis pengumuman Bursa, Selasa (17/12/2024).
Sebelum disuspensi Bursa, saham HOMI ditutup melonjak 24,49 persen ke Rp366 pada perdagangan Rabu (23/10/2024).
Saham emiten properti itu telah melambung 66,36 persen selama Oktober 2024. Bahkan harga saham perseroan melejit 144 persen dalam tiga bulan.
HOMI membukukan laba bersih pada kuartal II-2024 sebesar Rp2,8 miliar. Angka naik 7,7 persen bila dibandingkan dengan periode yang sama di 2023 sebesar Rp2,6 miliar. Dengan demikian, laba bersih per saham setara dengan Rp1,75 per saham.
