Bussan Auto Finance Lunasi Pokok dan Bunga Terakhir Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Tahap IV Tahun 2021

Pasardana.id - PT Bussan Auto Finance (BAFI) menyampaikan Laporan Informasi atau Fakta Material sehubungan Pelunasan Pokok dan Bunga Terakhir Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Tahap IV Tahun 2021 PT Bussan Auto Finance pada tanggal 16 Desember 2024.

Dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (17/12), Sigit Sembodo selaku Direktur BAFI mengungkapkan, Perseroan melalui PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) telah melakukan pelunasan pokok dan bunga terakhir Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Tahap IV Tahun 2021 PT Bussan Auto Finance melalui sistem C-BEST ke sub-sub rekening dari pemegang rekening KSEI, dengan keterangan sebagai berikut:

Kode Obligasi : BAFI02ACN1

Jumlah Pokok Obligasi : Rp500.000.000.000

Jumlah Bunga ke-4 : Rp7.187.500.000.

Tingkat Bunga : 5,75%

Jangka Waktu : 3 tahun

Tanggal Terbit : 15 Desember 2021

Tanggal Jatuh Tempo : 15 Desember 2024.

“Dengan demikian, sejak tanggal 16 Desember 2024, maka efek tersebut tidak tercatat dan tidak dapat diperdagangkan lagi melalui Bursa Efek Indonesia,” sebut Sigit Sembodo.

Selanjutnya disampaikan, tidak ada dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
