Hero Global Investment (HGII) Buka Harga IPO Rp200-Rp300, Incar Dana Rp299 Miliar
IDXChannel - Holding energi terbarukan PT Hero Global Investment Tbk (HGII) resmi membuka gelaran penawaran umum perdana saham (IPO) di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).
Dalam prospektus, pada masa bookbuilding atau penawaran awal, HGII menawarkan harga di kisaran Rp200-Rp230 per saham.
Segini Valuasi IPO Raharja Energi Cepu (RATU), Murah atau Mahal?Manajemen melepas 1,3 miliar saham ke publik bernominal Rp25 per saham. Angka ini setara 20 persen dari total modal ditempatkan dan disetor perusahaan.
Mengacu harga awal, maka HGII berpeluang mendapat dana segar dari IPO mencapai Rp299 miliar.
