Brigit Biofarmaka (OBAT) Gelar IPO, Tawarkan Harga Rp330-Rp350 per Saham
IDXChannel - Produsen produk herbal dan kosmetik, PT Brigit Biofarmaka Teknologi Tbk (OBAT) memulai gelaran penawaran umum perdana (IPO) di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).
Dalam prospektus yang dikutip pada Rabu (18/12/2024), manajemen OBAT melepas 170 juta saham ke publik bernominal Rp50 per saham. Nilai ini setara 28,33 persen dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor.
IPO 2025 Berpotensi Didominasi Perusahaan RaksasaHarga bookbuilding ditawarkan senilai Rp330 hingga Rp350 per saham, sehingga perusahaan berpeluang mendapatkan dana segar maksimal mencapai Rp59,50 miliar.
Perusahaan menunjuk PT Oso Sekuritas Indonesia sebagai penjamin pelaksana emisi efek.
