Direksi EXCL Kurangi Porsi Kepemilikan Sahamnya di Perseroan

Pasardana.id - I Gede Darmayusa selaku Direksi PT XL Axiata Tbk (IDX: EXCL) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya di perseroan, setelah melakukan penjualan sebanyak 200.000 lembar saham atau sebesar 0,00176% EXCL diharga Rp2.290 per lembar saham pada tanggal 18 Desember 2024.

“Tujuan transaksi untuk keperluan pendidikan dengan Status Kepemilikan Saham secara langsung,” sebut Ranty Astari Rachman selaku Corporate Secretary EXCL dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Kamis (19/12).

Pasca transaksi penjualan, maka kepemilikan saham I Gede Darmayusa di EXCL menjadi sebanyak 254.924 lembar saham atau setara 0,00194% dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 454.924 lembar saham atau setara 0,0037%.
