Direktur XL Axiata (EXCL) Jual Saham Buat Keperluan Pendidikan
IDXChannel - Direktur PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL), I Gede Darmayusa melepas sebagian sahamnya di perseroan. Hasil penjualan saham ini bakal digunakan untuk keperluan pribadi.
"(Penjualan saham) untuk keperluan pendidikan," ujar Corporate Secretary XL Axiata, Ranty Astari Rachman selaku penerima kuasa dalam suratnya kepada BEI, Kamis (19/12/2024).
Gede melepas 200 ribu saham EXCL pada harga Rp2.290 sehingga dana yang dihasilkan sekitar Rp458 juta. Dia melakukan transaksi tersebut pada 18 Desember 2024.
Dengan penjualan itu, kepemilikan saham Gede di XL Axiata menyusut tinggal 254.924. Sebelumnya, dia menggenggam 454.924 saham.
Gede merupakan lulusan Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) jurusan Teknik Telekomunikasi pada 1996. Selain itu, dia memperoleh gelar Master pada 2017 seusai kuliah di Universitas Prasetya Mulya.
Dia bergabung dengan XL Axiata pada 2017 sebagai Group Head Program Management. Sebelum di XL Axiata, dia tercatat pernah bekerja di PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) dan Nokia Siemens Network.
