IDXChannel - PT Metro Pacific Tollways Indonesia (MPTIS) telah memperpanjang penawaran tender sukarela atau tender offer terhadap saham PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META) sejalan dengan proses go private perseroan.
Manajemen META mengakui ada kesulitan menghubungi investor META untuk mengonfirmasi pilihan, apakah ingin melepas atau mempertahankan.
Salim Group (META) Resmi Akuisisi Tol Trans Jawa Milik Jasa Marga“Masih terdapat pemegang saham publik yang belum dapat dihubungi atau tidak memberikan tanggapan atau konfirmasi dalam bentuk apapun,” kata Corporate Secretary META, Dahlia Evawani, dikutip Kamis (19/12/2024).
Sebagai catatan, investor eksisting META saat ini dihadapkan pada dua pilihan, terkait keputusan apakah akan menjual sahamnya melalui partisipasi dalam tender offer atau memilih untuk tidak menjual sahamnya kepada MPTIS alias mempertahankannya.
