Pasardana.id - Jon Fieris selaku pemegang saham PT Hotel Fitra International Tbk (IDX: FITT) dengan Kategori Termasuk >5%, telah melakukan penjualan seluruh kepemilikan sahamnya di perseroan yang tercatat sebanyak 72.000.000 lembar saham atau sebesar 5,52% FITT diharga Rp 96 per lembar saham pada tanggal 18 Desember 2024.

“Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk Melepas Kepemilikan Saham dengan Status Kepemilikan Saham secara langsung,” sebut Sukino selaku Direktur FITT dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (20/12).

Pasca transaksi penjualan, maka kepemilikan saham Jon Fieris di FITT menjadi Nihil, dari sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 72.000.000 lembar saham atau setara 5,52%.
