Merdeka Copper (MDKA) Lunasi Pokok dan Bunga Obligasi Rp817,7 Miliar
IDXChannel - Emiten tambang emas dan tembaga, PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA) telah melunasi pokok dan bunga obligasi jatuh tempo. Nilai pelunasan mencapai Rp817,70 miliar.
Obligasi yang telah dilunasi tersebut adalah Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap IV Tahun 2023 Seri A.
Pendapatan Melambung, Rugi MDKA Susut Jadi USD12,50 Juta di Semester I-2024Jumlah obligasi yang jatuh tempo pada 22 Desember 2024, terdiri dari pokok obligasi sebesar Rp800,98 miliar dan bunga keempat obligasi sebesar Rp16,72 miliar.
"Jumlah pelunasan pokok dan pembayaran bunga keempat obligasi adalah sebesar Rp817,70 miliar. Perseroan telah menyetor dana ke KSEI pada 19 Desember 2024, yang akan dibayarkan KSEI kepada para pemegang obligasi pada 23 Desember 2024," kata Sekretaris Perusahaan MDKA, Adi Adriansyah Sjoekri dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Senin (23/12/2024).
