IDXChannel - PT Bhakti Agung Propertindo Tbk (BAPI) berambisi untuk dual listing. Selain di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), rencananya emiten pengembang properti ingin mencatatkan saham di Bursa Amerika Serikat (AS).
Cita-cita ini diungkapkan manajemen BAPI dalam public expose atau paparan public pada 12 Desember 2024.
RUPST Bakti Agung (BAPI) Rombak Pengurus, Ini Susunan TerbaruDirektur Utama BAPI, Ahmad Surahman mengatakan, perseroan akan listing di luar negeri dengan skema Penambahan Modal Tanpa Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu (PMTHMETD) atau private placement sebesar 20 persen dari modal disetor perseroan.
"Perseroan memilih untuk tanpa HMETD bertujuan agar pemegang saham saat ini, sahamnya tidak terdelusi secara signifikan," kata dia dalam laporan hasil public expose di keterbukaan informasi BEI, Senin (23/12/2024).
