Kado Tahun Baru, Emiten Grup Djarum (TOWR) Bagi Dividen Rp300,22 Miliar
IDXChannel - Emiten Menara Grup Djarum, PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) memutuskan akan membagikan dividen interim tahun buku 2024 dengan total nilai Rp300,22 miliar.
Pembagian dividen interim ini sesuai dengan Keputusan Dewan Komisaris Perseroan pada 23 Desember 2024.
Grup Djarum (TOWR) Dicecar Bursa Soal Dana Hasil Rights Issue, Ini Jawabannya"Perseroan akan melaksanakan pembagian dividen interim sebesar Rp6 per saham untuk tahun buku 2024," kata manajemen TOWR dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Senin (23/12/2024).
Selain itu, pembagian dividen juga didasari realisasi keuangan per 30 September 2024. TOWR membukukan laba bersih yang didapat diatribusikan kepada entitas induk sebesar Rp2,45 triliun.
