Mega Mandiri Properti Lepas Seluruh Kepemilikan Sahamnya di MMLP

Pasardana.id - PT Mega Mandiri Properti selaku Pemegang Saham PT Mega Manunggal Property Tbk (IDX: MMLP) telah melakukan penjualan seluruh kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan yang sebanyak 191.986.052 lembar saham atau sebesar 2,79% MMLP diharga Rp443 per lembar saham pada tanggal 13 Desember 2024.

“Tujuan transaksi adalah Pelaksanaan exchangeable bonds yang diterbitkan oleh West Bridge Developments Limited dan dijamin oleh PT Mega Mandiri Properti dengan Status Kepemilikan Saham secara langsung,” sebut Jeremy Muliawan selaku Corporate Secretary MMLP dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Senin (23/12).

Pasca transaksi penjualan, maka kepemilikan saham PT Mega Mandiri Properti di MMLP menjadi Nihil dibanding sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 191.986.052 lembar saham atau setara 2,79%.
