Pengendali DMND Kurangi Porsi Kepemilikan Sahamnya di Perseroan

Pasardana.id - Chen Tsen Nan selaku Pengendali PT Diamond Food Indonesia Tbk. (IDX: DMND) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya di perseroan setelah melakukan penjualan sebanyak 445.879.173 lembar saham atau sebesar 4,709% diharga Rp 765 per lembar saham pada tanggal 20 Desember 2024.

“Tujuan transaksi adalah Dilusi kepemilikan untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada investor publik untuk menjadi pemegang, dengan Status Kepemilikan Saham secara langsung,” sebut Dimass Anugrah Argo Atmaja selaku Corporate Secretary DMND dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (24/12).

Pasca transaksi penjualan, maka kepemilikan saham Chen Tsen Nan di DMND menjadi sebanyak 3.306.889.113 lembar saham atau setara 34,926% dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 3.752.768.286 lembar saham atau setara 39,635%.
