Andri Hutama Putra Kurangi Porsi Kepemilikan Sahamnya di CYBR

Pasardana.id - Andri Hutama Putra selaku Komisaris PT ITSEC Asia Tbk (IDX: CYBR) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya di perseroan, setelah melakukan penjualan sebanyak 500.000 lembar saham atau sebesar 0,008% CYBR diharga Rp350 per lembar saham pada tanggal 20 Desember 2024.

“Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk investasi lainnya dengan Status Kepemilikan Saham secara langsung,” sebut Doni Mora selaku Direktur CYBR dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (24/12).

Pasca transaksi penjualan, maka kepemilikan saham Andri Hutama Putra di CYBR menjadi sebanyak 37.500.000 atau setara 0,581% dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 38.000.000 lembar saham atau setara 0,589%.
