Anak Usaha Dapat Utang, FILM Jaminkan Deposito Rp225 Miliar ke BBRI
IDXChannel - PT MD Entertainment Tbk (FILM) memberikan jaminan kepada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk atau BRI (BBRI) untuk fasilitas kredit yang diterima tiga entitas anak perseroan.
Emiten rumah produksi itu memberikan jaminan deposito senilai Rp225 miliar kepada Bank BRI untuk fasilitas pinjaman yang dikantongi PT MDTV Media Technologies Tbk (NETV), PT Net Media Digital, dan PT Net Mediatama Televsi.
FILM Beri Jaminan Utang Anak Usaha Rp28,5 Miliar ke BRI (BBRI)"Tujuannya dalam rangka mendukung kelancaran operasional entitas anak," kata Corporate Secretary FILM, Fadel Ramadhia dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (25/12/2024).
Pemberian jaminan ini dipastikan tidak memiliki dampak pada kondisi keuangan perseroan, dan kelangsungan usaha perseroan.
