Tambah Modal, Cucu Usaha Batavia Prosperindo (BPII) di Singapura Konversi Utang Rp70,2 Miliar
IDXChannel - Cucu usaha PT Batavia Prosperindo Internasional Tbk (BPII) yang berada di Singapura melakukan penambahan modal lewat ke entitas anaknya pada 23 Desember 2024
Sweet Greens Singapore Pte Ltd (SGS) merupakan anak usaha dari Batavia Prosperindo Pte Ltd (BPD) yang bergerak dalam bidang usaha industri tanaman hidroponik sayur-sayuran dan buah-buahan.
SGS meingkatkan modal kerja entitas anaknya, PT Sweet Greens Indonesia (SGI) melalui konversi utang kepada pemegang saham SGS sebesar Rp70,24 miliar.
Jumlah konversi utang tersebut sekitar 4,26 persen dari nilai ekuitas konsolidasian auditan Perseroan per tanggal 31 Desember 2023.
Manajemen BPII memastikan, tidak ada dampak, informasi atau fakta material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha emiten atau anak usaha atas aksi korporasi tersebut.
"Transaksi ini bukanlah transaksi material sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.17/POJK.04/2020," tulis Direktur Batavia Prosperindo Rudi Setiadi Tjahjono dan Luo Xude dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Kamis (26/12/2024).
Sebelumnya, Batavia Prosperindo Pte Ltd (BPD) Singapura juga meningkatkan modal sebesar Rp9,5 miliar ke Sweet Greens Singapore Pte Ltd (SPS) pada 19 Desember 2024.
