IDXChannel - PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) melalui entitas terkendali tidak langsungnya, yaitu Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama Pte. Ltd (BUMA SG) resmi memiliki 271,93 juta saham 29Metals. Kepemilikan saham tersebut setara dengan 19,9 persen.
BUMA SG menggenggam 19,9 persen saham perusahaan tambang logam dasar dan logam mulia yang terdaftar di Bursa Australia ASX itu setelah merampungkan penyertaan saham tahap I dan tahap II.
Rajin Ekspansi, DOID Rugi USD14 Juta hingga Kuartal III-2024 Penyertaan saham 29Metals Tahap I telah dilakukan BUMA SG pada 12 Desember 2024. BUMA SG sudah melaksanakan haknya atas penawaran Hak Memesan Efek sebanyak 199.409.026 (199,40 juta) saham 29Metals dengan nilai 0,27 Dolar Australia (AUD).
Dengan demikian, total nilai penyertaan saham tahap I adalah sebesar AUD53,84 juta.
