Wamen BUMN Kaji IPO MIND ID dan Inalum, Kapan Terealisasi?
IDXChannel - Kementerian Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) membuka opsi Holding BUMN Pertambangan atau MIND ID dan anak usahanya go public atau Initial Public Offering (IPO).
Hal ini disampaikan Wakil Menteri BUMN Kartika Wirjoatmodjo alias Tiko. Menurutnya, dalam jangka menengah, MIND ID atau unit bisnisnya, seperti Inalum bisa melantai di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).
Inalum Bidik Produksi hingga 900 Ribu Ton, Intip Strateginya“Jangka menengah menurut kami yang paling bagus untuk IPO itu di Group MIND ID. Bisa di Holdingnya, bisa di Inalum, bisa dua-duanya. Jadi kita kaji,” ujar Tiko saat ditemui wartawan di Depok, Jawa Barat, Jumat (27/12/2024).
Tiko menilai, aksi korporasi tersebut bisa saja dilakukan jika hasil kajiannya memungkinkan MIND ID Group melantai di pasar modal.
