Komisaris Alfamart (AMRT) Jual Sahamnya Jelang Akhir 2024, Raup Rp90 Miliar
IDXChannel - Emiten pengelola gerai Alfamart, PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT) mengumumkan transaksi penjualan saham oleh Komisaris Perseroan, Budiyanto Djoko Susanto.
Dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Senin (30/12/2024), Anak pendiri Alfamart Djoko Susanto itu telah melepas 31.675.000 (31,67 juta) saham AMRT pada 27 Desember 2024.
Alfamart (AMRT) Raup Laba Rp2,4 Triliun hingga Kuartal III-2024, Naik 9 PersenBudiyanto Djoko Susanto melego saham AMRT pada harga Rp2.850 per saham. Sehingga dia meraup dana sebesar Rp90,27 miliar dari hasil penjualan tersebut.
Jika dilihat, harga penjualan tersebut di atas harga pembukaan maupun penutupan di periode 27 Desember 2024 yang berada di Rp2.800 per saham.
