Francis Lay Sioe Ho Mundur dari Presdir BFI Finance (BFIN)
IDXChannel - Emiten pembiayaan, PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN) mengumumkan pengunduran diri dua anggota Direksi Perseroan menjelang akhir 2024.
Disebutkan dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, perseroan telah menerima permohonan pengunduran diri Francis Lay Sioe Ho dari jabatannya sebagai Presiden Direktur Perseroan dan Andrew Adiwijanto sebagai Direktur.
Tak dijelaskan alasan mundurnya petinggi BFIN tersebut. Namun manajemen memastikan pengunduran diri keduanya akan diputuskan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) pada Januari 2025.
"Pengunduran diri tersebut akan dibahas dan diputuskan daam RUPSLB Perseroan yang akan diselenggarakan pada 30 Januari 2025," kata Direktur BFIN, Sudjono, Senin (30/12/2024).
