IDXChannel - Emiten jasa pertambangan batu bara milik Low Tuck Kwong, PT Samindo Resources Tbk (MYOH) mengantongi dividen dari anak usahanya, PT Sims Jaya Kaltim (SIMS).
SIMS merupakan anak usaha yang mayoritas sahamnya atau 99,99 persen dimiliki perseroan. SIMS juga merupakan afiliasi MYOH karena Jeong Subok yang merupakan Direktur Utama perseroan juga menjabat sebagai Komisaris di SIMS.
Samindo Resources (MYOH) Tebar Dividen Rp22,29 per Saham, Cek JadwalnyaPun dengan Park Jung Ook dan Cha Shin Woo yang merupakan Direktur MYOH menjabat sebagai Komisaris di SIMS.
"Jumlah dividen yang diterima (MYOH) sebesar USD6,99 juta," kata Corporate Secretary MYOH, Ahmad Zaki Natsir dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (31/12/2024).
