Emiten Grup Humpuss (GTSI) Bagi Dividen Interim Rp23,72 Miliar, Kapan Cairnya?
IDXChannel - Emiten pelayaran Grup Humpuss, PT GTS Internasional Tbk (GTSI) akan membagikan dividen interim tahun buku 2024 dengan total nilai Rp23,72 miliar.
"Perseroan akan melaksanakan pembagian dividen interim sebesar Rp1,5 per saham," kata manajemen GTSI dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (31/12/2024).
Saldo Negatif, GTS Internasional (GTSI) Puasa Bagi DividenPembagian dividen ini merupakan keputusan Direksi yang telah disetujui Dewan Komisaris Perseroan pada 30 Desember 2024.
Selain itu, pembagian dividen interim juga didasari realisasi keuangan per akhir September 2024. Di mana emiten milik Tommy Soeharto itu membukukan laba bersih yang didapat diatribusikan kepada entitas induk sebesar USD6,07 juta.
