Pemberton Asian Opportunities Fund Tambah Porsi Kepemilikan Saham di PZZA

Pasardana.id - Pemberton Asian Opportunities Fund selaku pemegang saham PT Sarimelati Kencana Tbk. (IDX: PZZA) dengan Kategori Termasuk >5%, telah melakukan pembelian sebanyak 32.000.000 lembar saham atau sebesar 1,06% PZZA diharga Rp113 per lembar saham pada tanggal 03 Januari 2025.

“Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk Investasi dengan Status Kepemilikan Saham secara langsung,” sebut Andromeda Tristanto selaku Corporate Secretary PZZA dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Senin (06/1/2025).

Pasca transaksi pembelian, maka kepemilikan saham Pemberton Asian Opportunities Fund di PZZA menjadi sebanyak 242.000.000 lembar saham atau setara 8,01% dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 210.000.000 lembar saham atau setara 6,95%.
