INPP Jual Sahamnya di Anak Usaha ke Perusahaan Jepang, Nilainya Rp652 Miliar
IDXChannel - Emiten hotel dan properti, PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (INPP) telah menjual 36,7 persen sahamnya di PT Narpati Arjaya Properti (NAP) kepada perusahaan Jepang, Hankyu Hanshin Properties ID-BWC LLC.
NAP merupakan entitas anak INPP. Sedangkan Hankyu Hanshin Properties ID-BWC LLC adalah sebuah perusahaan yang didirikan di Jepang.
Hingga Kuartal III-2024, Indonesian Paradise (INPP) Raup Laba Rp342,6 MiliarSekretaris Perusahaan INPP, Ispandiati Makmur mengatakan, INPP telah menjual saham yang dimilikinya di NAP sebanyak 36,7 persen atau 149.019.892 saham kepada Hankyu Hanshin Properties ID-BWC LLC. Transaksi penjualan dilakukan pada 8 Januari 2025.
Sebelum Transaksi, INPP memiliki 373.252.506 saham dalam NAP yang merupakan 91,92 persen dari seluruh modal yang
ditempatkan dan disetor di NAP.
