Pasardana.id - Herwin Wahyu Hidayat selaku Direksi PT Bumi PT Resources Minerals Tbk (IDX: BRMS) telah melakukan Pembelian sebanyak 2.320.200 lembar saham atau sebesar 0,0016% BRMS diharga Rp 430 per lembar saham pada tanggal 08 Januari 2025.

“Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk Kepemilikan Pribadi/Individu/Investasi dengan Status Kepemilikan Saham secara langsung,” sebut Muhammad Sulthon selaku Direktur dan Corporate Secretary BRMS dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (10/1).

Pasca transaksi Pembelian, maka kepemilikan saham Herwin Wahyu Hidayat di BRMS menjadi sebanyak 2.320.200 lembar saham atau setara 0,0016% dibandingkan sebelumnya, yang tercatat Nihil.
