Techno9 (NINE) Tunggu Finalisasi Akuisisi Poh Group, Kapan Kelar?
IDXChannel - Emiten teknologi, PT Techno9 Indonesia Tbk (NINE) mengungkapkan progres akuisisi Poh Group Pte Ltd terhadap perseroan. Saat ini, NINE tengah menunggu finalisasi pengambilalihan oleh perusahaan tambang asal Singapura tersebut.
"Kami saat ini menunggu finalisasi dari transaksi akuisisi dari Poh Group Pte Ltd," kata Manajemen NINE dalam hasil public expose insidentil yang dirilis di keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (14/1/2025).

"Biasanya investor asing, untuk melakukan investasi melakukannya dengan sangat hati-hati. Dengan adanya pengumuman rencana akuisisi Poh Group Pte Ltd yang telah dilakukan sudah menunjukkan adanya keseriusan dalam hal tersebut," tuturnya.
