Medco (MEDC) Kucuri Pinjaman Tanpa Bunga Rp7,08 Triliun ke Anak Usaha
IDXChannel - PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC) memberikan pinjaman kepada anak usahanya, Medco Bell Pte. Ltd (MBL) dengan total nilai USD435,28 juta (Rp7,08 triliun).
Pemberian pinjaman tersebut dituangkan dalam perjanjian antara MEDC dan MBL, anak usaha yang seluruh sahamnya dimiliki secara tidak langsung oleh perseroan, pada 13 Januari 2025.

Jika dirupiahkan dengan asumsi kurs Jisdor Bank Indonesia per 13 Januari 2025 sebesar Rp16.281 per USD, maka nilai pinjaman tersebut setara dengan Rp7,08 triliun.
